Although we guarantee our freshness, and superior product, we cannot accept any refunds with regards to our orders. Once the order has been paid for we cannot change your order. Please be sure to make absolutely sure that you know what you want. If you are not sure rather contact us to talk to us in person before placing the order.

Payments must be made in full before an order is confirmed and manufactured.

Partypops.co.za does not have any credit terms or payment terms.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot accept refunds.

We try our level best to be very careful with our packaging and have contracted courier services that will be careful with these fragile goods, and handle this type of service. Should the package however, be broken and inedible due to mishandling, we will glady send you a replacement of your order.

We accept direct transfers, paypal payments and credit card payment through payfast, a South African Secure Payment Site. See payments tab for banking details for direct transfer.

Should you wish to collect your order from our offices in Primrose, Germiston, shipping will be waivered. The onus is on you the customer to collect your order once you have been notified via email provided. If you fail to collect your order on the date requested, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the goods, even though most of our goods have a good shelf life.
